Scope


This policy applies to all employees, contractors, and stakeholders of Pharma Consultants Ltd.


We encourage reporting of any suspected:


  • Criminal activity

  • Legal non-compliance

  • Miscarriage of justice

  • Health and safety risks

  • Environmental damage

  • Concealment of wrongdoing


Reporting a Concern


Concerns may be raised confidentially via:

All disclosures are:


  • Taken seriously

  • Investigated fairly and promptly

  • Handled confidentially where possible


Investigation Process


  1. Acknowledgement within 5 working days

  2. Initial assessment of scope

  3. Independent investigator appointed

  4. Evidence gathering and interviews

  5. Outcome report and next steps

  6. Target completion: ~28 working days


Protection for Whistleblowers


Pharma Consultants Ltd strictly prohibits retaliation, including:


  • Dismissal or disciplinary action

  • Harassment or bullying

  • Demotion or exclusion

  • Unfair performance treatment


Whistleblowers acting in good faith are legally protected under the Public Interest Disclosure Act 1998.


Support may include:


  • Confidential guidance

  • Adjusted working arrangements

  • Well-being support


External Escalation


If concerns remain unresolved, disclosures may be made to appropriate regulatory authorities in accordance with law.
